We are pleased to announce that global trade, chemical regulatory, and hazard communication services are now available from SafeBridge/Trinity Consultants as a result of the joining of several senior professionals who were formerly part of the Redstone Group (Redstone was acquired by Trinity in 2019). These services will assist our chemical, pharmaceutical, and general industry clients in meeting the complex international chemical regulatory and trade control laws and hazard communication requirements. The combined resources of our two teams expands our ability to provide integrated solutions to meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical and chemical companies.
The Global Trade and Chemical Regulatory services team will be led by Jim Eggenschwiler and includes staff with expertise in import/export, global chemical regulations, and chemical evaluation and risk assessment. Services include U.S. Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) support, European Union (EU) REACH registration and compliance, EU Poison Control requirements, other international chemical control laws such as Korea and China REACH, and the continually expanding U.S. and state packaging laws.
Hazard Communication services will be led by Pam Sheets and includes expertise in overall hazard communication including program development, chemical hazard classification, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and label development, and employee training. The team will support clients in the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS). Our team of SDS authors and supporting staff now has capability across all industries to meet GHS and other hazard communication requirements.
Our sincere thanks to Mark Vagasky, Redstone founder, for his success and leadership since Redstone's inception as a quality provider of regulatory services to the chemical industry. We wish him all the best as he transitions to retirement.
