Sarah Lee, Ph.D.

Dr. Lee is a chemist for SafeBridge Consultants, Inc. She has over 9 year of experience with mass spectrometry method development for small and large molecules. Prior to joining Safebridge Consultants, she was at Bayer Healthcare and Johnson and Johnson to develop novel formulations and analytical methods for large molecule drugs. During her Ph.D. program, she led a DMPK study using LC-MS for a novel drug to treat Alzheimer's disease. She also developed chemical labeling-foot printing mass spectrometry method to study protein-inhibitor interaction. During her Master program, she developed a dyed laser coupled with TOF mass spectrometer methodology to measure the binding energy of metal-benzene. She has authored and co-authored 10 publications in bioanalytical method development, cardiology and cancer research.

She received her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Michigan.
